Wealth Management Analyst
Blair is primarily responsible for the application of investment strategies in our clients’ portfolios. She also assists in the financial planning process analyzing current and prospective scenarios. Blair works with clients on a broad array of customized portfolio strategies including the concepts of asset allocation, portfolio optimization, cash flow, tax effects, retirement and estate planning.
Prior to joining Wealthstream Advisors, Inc., Blair worked for five years in private wealth management at UBS. Her past experience includes portfolio construction and analysis for high net worth clients as well as identifying wealth transfer and financial planning opportunities.
An avid follower of a passive approach to investment management, Blair believes that client portfolios should be constructed to capture the risk and return of the market as a whole rather than that of individual securities.
Blair is a Chartered Financial Analyst® charterholder. She pursued this prestigious designation to further her knowledge of investments and portfolio management. She is also a Certified Financial Planner.™
Blair currently resides in Manhattan with her dog, Biggs. She is an active member of the New York Junior League, an organization of women committed to volunteerism. In her free time she enjoys watching college football, deep-sea fishing, reading, and snow-skiing.
