As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERâ„¢ practitioner and Certified Public Accountant, Tracy brings the versatility of these combined professions to the clients of Wealthstream Advisors Inc. Her varied skills include evaluating goals, preparing detailed retirement cash flow analyses, developing action plans, and assisting clients in a variety of insurance needs analysis as well as tax & estate planning.
Before joining Wealthstream Advisors, Tracy gained valuable experience as a para-planner, writing financial plans at Ameriprise Financial (formerly American Express) for three years, performing audits for five years with KPMG, and preparing tax returns for two years with a small public accounting firm. These years in practice enabled Tracy to develop her strong customer service mentality and a true appreciation for helping people meet their financial goals.
Through her accounting and financial advisory backgrounds, Tracy is equipped to ask thoughtful questions to effectively anticipate people’s needs and develop comprehensive solutions that meet their financial planning objectives. In addition, Tracy’s positive attitude and energetic demeanor help her deepen relationships with Wealthstream’s existing clients, as well as enable her to nurture new and potential clients.
Tracy lives in Manhattan with her husband and daughter, and enjoys tennis, yoga, travel, and trying new restaurants in New York City.
Education & Credentials
Tracy holds a B.S. in Business Administration, Finance and Accounting from American University, where she graduated cum laude. She is a member of the Financial Planning Association (FPA) New York City Chapter.
Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards Inc. owns the certification marks CFP®, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and federally registered CFP in the U.S., which it awards to individuals who successfully complete CFP Board’s initial and ongoing certification requirements.
